Policies and Guidelines

Reservations

  • If you’re unable to honor your reservation, please cancel at least 1 hour in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the reserved service ($20 + tax).
  • Reservations operate on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability. Class cancellations and schedule changes are updated online, so please check the schedule regularly.

Payment

  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
  • We accept cash, debit, Visa, and MasterCard. Receipts can be emailed to you upon request. If you need a receipt, please inform the instructor or front desk staff at the time of purchase.
  • Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared.
  • For more details about private, semi-private, or corporate class packages, please contact us.
  • Student discounts require a valid student ID at the time of purchase and may be subject to verification later.

Extensions or Suspensions

  • Introductory Month and Unlimited Month memberships cannot be extended or suspended.
  • All membership extensions and suspensions are subject to strict regulations. See membership details for more information.

Discovery Month

  • The Discovery Month is valid from the first class.
  • Limit of one per person.
  • The Discovery Month cannot be shared, extended, suspended, transferred, or refunded.

Unlimited Month

  • The Unlimited Month is valid from the first class.
  • The Unlimited Month cannot be shared, extended, suspended, transferred, or refunded.

Class Passes

  • Class passes can be purchased in packages of 5, 10, or 20 classes.
  • Class passes expire 12 months after the purchase date.
  • Class passes are non-refundable.

Membership Details (LÈVE-TÔT, VIP, TOUT INCLUS, MIEUX ENSEMBLE)

  • All contracts are for 12 months and auto-renew annually unless canceled.
  • Contracts are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared.
  • A valid credit card (Visa or MasterCard) is required, and the monthly membership fee will be charged every 30 days for the duration of the contract.
  • Cancellation is allowed after the 4th month. To cancel, complete the cancellation form in the Member Services section of our website at least 30 days before your next billing date.
  • Suspension is allowed after the 4th month for up to 30 days per contract year (maximum of 2 suspensions). To suspend, complete the suspension form in the Member Services section of our website at least 48 hours before the suspension starts.
  • In case of illness or injury, a doctor’s note is required to suspend the contract. No refunds will be issued.

Membership Options

  • LÈVE-TÔT: Unlimited access to all classes before noon on weekdays and the 8:30 AM weekend class. Access to other classes for just $10 + tax per class.
  • VIP: Unlimited access to all regular classes.
  • TOUT INCLUS: Unlimited access to all regular classes, plus mat and towel rentals.
  • MIEUX ENSEMBLE: Valid for 2 people residing at the same address (proof of address required). If one person cancels, the offer ends for both, and the VIP membership rate applies.

Membership Details (VIP One Year)

  • A 12-month contract valid for consecutive months.
  • Cannot be shared, transferred, or refunded.
  • In case of illness or injury, a doctor’s note is required to suspend the contract. No refunds will be issued.
  • Includes unlimited access to all regular classes.

Workshops

  • Online reservations are recommended to secure your spot.
  • Workshop fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. No refunds will be issued.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the reserved service.
  • All reservations require a credit card.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early.
