FONDATION
A basic introduction to the practice of classical yoga. The Foundation class is a healthy, stimulating sequence of yoga postures in harmony with the breath. It’s also a therapeutic practice that heals, tones and balances the body’s strength and flexibility.
Accessible to all levels!
FLOW
Flowing, cardiovascular Vinyasa style. Sequence of basic postures in harmony with the breath, linked by vinyasa. Introduction to handstand poses.
FLOW YIN
Get the best of both worlds! Flow series in the first part of the class followed by a pleasant Yin.
YIN
Deep stretching practice in which floor poses are practiced very passively and held for several minutes. Connective tissues are targeted to create space, stretch and release at the joints. It’s a great way to improve flexibility. This practice can be intense in sensation, but remains deeply meditative and relaxing.
FREE FLOW
Dynamic, innovative practice inspired by our experienced teachers. Each class has its own unique and creative focus in a smart vinyasa style sequence. Expect more movement, fluidity and opportunities to explore inversions. Some experience with Foundation and Flow classes is recommended.
CORE FLOW
This flow practice focuses on toning and strengthening the abdominal muscles. It will increase the stability of your yoga postures and help you build a stronger base for inversions and handstands. An accessible yet powerful vinyasa practice.
