FONDATION

The Foundation class is an accessible introduction to classical yoga. Postures are clearly explained and held for longer periods, making it ideal for beginners looking to build a strong base.

It is also a valuable practice for more experienced students, as longer holds allow for deeper strength, alignment and breath awareness. A balanced practice that builds strength, flexibility and stability, guided by mindful breathing.

FOUNDATION YIN

Foundation Yin begins with our Foundation class, a classical yoga practice focused on breath-led movement to build strength, stability, and body awareness.

The class then transitions into Yin yoga, a slow, floor-based practice where postures are held passively for several minutes to target connective tissues, create space in the joints, and encourage deep release.

A balanced blend of effort and relaxation, supporting flexibility, grounding, and nervous system regulation.

FLOW

The Flow class is a dynamic yoga practice inspired by Vinyasa, where movement and breath are continuously connected. Postures flow smoothly from one to the next, creating a rhythmic practice that builds strength, endurance, mobility, and focus.

This class is designed for students with a basic understanding of yoga. We recommend completing 2–3 Foundations classes to become familiar with alignment, transitions, and core principles before joining Flow. Flow encourages mindful movement, conscious breathing, and a balance between effort, fluidity, and ease.

FLOW YIN

Flow Yin blends the fluid movement of Flow yoga with the slower, deeper stretches of Yin. The class begins with a dynamic, breath-led sequence, followed by a slower, grounding floor practice designed to release tension and calm the nervous system.

A perfect balance of movement and stillness, ideal for those who want to energize the body and then deeply relax.

YIN

Yin Yoga is a gentle, therapeutic practice focused on deep, sustained stretches designed to calm the nervous system and promote deep relaxation.

FREE FLOW

A dynamic and powerful Vinyasa-style class inspired by our experienced teachers. Each class is built around a specific focus or peak pose, with increased movement, fluidity, and options to explore arm balances and inversions.

Some experience in Foundations and Flow classes is recommended.

CORE FLOW

Core Flow is a dynamic, fun and challenging class that blends Pilates, functional training and intelligent movement.

Expect targeted abdominal work, along with exercises for the upper body (planks, push-ups) and lower body (squats, lunges), all set to an energizing playlist.

A class designed to help you move smarter, build sustainable strength, and work up a good sweat.

ASHTANGA

Ashtanga is a dynamic and structured yoga practice based on a traditional, set sequence that links movement and breath. Postures flow in a precise order, creating a strong, focused and rhythmic practice. This method builds strength, endurance, flexibility and mental discipline, while cultivating deep breath awareness and concentration.

Ideal for practitioners who enjoy consistent, progressive and physically demanding practices.
Some prior yoga experience is recommended.

PILATES REFORMER – BEGINNER

This class is designed to help you discover Pilates on the Reformer with confidence. You’ll learn how to use the machine, understand spring settings, and explore foundational movements through clear, step-by-step instruction. The goal is to build strength, stability, and body awareness in a safe, progressive, and pressure-free environment. Ideal for first-time Reformer users.

An accessible, reassuring, and surprisingly effective class — the perfect way to fall in love with the Reformer.

PILATES REFORMER – ALL LEVELS

This class offers a dynamic, fluid and accessible workout for all levels, whether you are new to the Reformer after completing at least one Beginner Reformer class or already comfortable using the machine.

The practice blends strength, control and mobility through a varied sequence that works the entire body. Each exercise includes options and progressions, allowing you to progress at your own pace while honoring your body.

A complete, effective and inspiring workout designed to build strength and refine movement quality.

REFORMER FIT

Reformer Fit is an energetic and toning class that combines strength, control and cardio on the Reformer, incorporating accessories to increase intensity.

Ideal for those looking for a full-body, dynamic and challenging workout, this class offers options for all levels after completing at least 3 Beginner and All Levels Reformer classes.

A powerful blend of strength and flow — a class you’ll truly feel from head to toe.
