TRAINERS
MAUDE IRALDE
Is undeniably passionate about sport and health. In 1999, after two years of studying physical education at UQAM, she decided to put these studies aside to devote herself full time to these children. It was only in 2008 under the recommendation of her Osteopath that she discovered yoga as a way to restore mobility to my knee after an injury. Her regular practice made her realize that yoga is more than just a physical activity. In September 2009, she undertook her first yoga training in Las Vegas (500 hours), subsequently, she had the chance to deepen this knowledge with Hart Lazer from the United school in Mtl, Baron Baptiste (art of assisting and 200HR) and Wanderlust (200HR). In 2015, she followed training in massage therapy to better understand anatomy and deepen this knowledge of the human body and in 2019 she did her FRC course as well as Kinstrech in Los Angeles in order to deepen this knowledge of joints. Yoga and body movement are an integral part of her life, her desire is to share this knowledge and teach people how to move to maintain a young and healthy body.
GUILLERMO GENOVEZ
Worked here and there for a few years until the voice of hairdressing called. After achieving the goals he had set for himself in this field, 9 years later without really knowing what he was getting into, he signed up for his first yoga class…hot and that’s when A new life has begun for Guil. For once in years there was something that asked him to simply be as he is and exploit his full potential. After a few years of diligent and constant practice, with the support and encouragement of Maude I. who has become his business partner today, he decided to follow his Modo training to teach yoga. Practice that he is convinced helps us become a better version of ourselves. With more than 500 hours of learning and now 4 years of teaching, he continues to share his vision of yoga with passion and discipline, two values among many others that he believes are the key to success.
