Audrey has been passionate about health and fitness since the age of 15.
At 18 years of age she chose to take her personal training certification and wellness coach certification in order to help others lead a healthy lifestyle. After 5 years of teaching spinning and aspiring to do a fitness figure competition she realized her body was starting to show signs exhaustion and overuse; that is when she discovered Moksha Yoga.
After her first class she felt connected to this amazing community, and most importantly to the benefits of the Moksha sequence. After two years of practicing Moksha Yoga, she knew that this was her calling and her way of bringing true help and wellness to people.
