Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the reserved service ($20 + tax).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reservations operate on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability. Class cancellations and schedule changes are updated online, so please check the schedule regularly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Payment<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All prices are subject to applicable taxes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We accept cash, debit, Visa, and MasterCard. Receipts can be emailed to you upon request. If you need a receipt, please inform the instructor or front desk staff at the time of purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For more details about private, semi-private, or corporate class packages, please contact us.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Student discounts require a valid student ID at the time of purchase and may be subject to verification later.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Extensions or Suspensions<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Introductory Month and Unlimited Month memberships cannot be extended or suspended.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All membership extensions and suspensions are subject to strict regulations. See membership details for more information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Discovery Month<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Discovery Month is valid from the first class.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limit of one per person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Discovery Month cannot be shared, extended, suspended, transferred, or refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Unlimited Month<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Unlimited Month is valid from the first class.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Unlimited Month cannot be shared, extended, suspended, transferred, or refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Class Passes<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Class passes can be purchased in packages of 5, 10, or 20 classes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Class passes expire 12 months after the purchase date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Class passes are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Membership Details (L\u00c8VE-T\u00d4T, VIP, TOUT INCLUS, MIEUX ENSEMBLE)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All contracts are for 12 months and auto-renew annually unless canceled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contracts are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A valid credit card (Visa or MasterCard) is required, and the monthly membership fee will be charged every 30 days for the duration of the contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation is allowed after the 4th month. To cancel, complete the cancellation form in the Member Services section of our website at least 30 days before your next billing date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspension is allowed after the 4th month for up to 30 days per contract year (maximum of 2 suspensions). To suspend, complete the suspension form in the Member Services section of our website at least 48 hours before the suspension starts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of illness or injury, a doctor\u2019s note is required to suspend the contract. No refunds will be issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Membership Options<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L\u00c8VE-T\u00d4T<\/strong>: Unlimited access to all classes before noon on weekdays and the 8:30 AM weekend class. Access to other classes for just $10 + tax per class.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>VIP<\/strong>: Unlimited access to all regular classes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>TOUT INCLUS<\/strong>: Unlimited access to all regular classes, plus mat and towel rentals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>MIEUX ENSEMBLE<\/strong>: Valid for 2 people residing at the same address (proof of address required). If one person cancels, the offer ends for both, and the VIP membership rate applies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Membership Details (VIP One Year)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A 12-month contract valid for consecutive months.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cannot be shared, transferred, or refunded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of illness or injury, a doctor\u2019s note is required to suspend the contract.
