Studio etiquette

In order to guarantee your place, we kindly ask that you reserve your spot online. Running late? If you aren’t able to get to your practice on time, please remember to cancel your reservation at least 1 hour prior. All late cancellations or no-shows will result in an unpaid class.

When you arrive at the studio, remove your shoes at the entrance and check in at the front desk before making your way to the changing room.

Late arrivals disrupt the class and are no longer permitted so we encourage you to arrive at least 5-10 minutes early. This will give your mind and body time to prepare for your practice.

Leave all your personal belongings in the change room. Personal items such as coats, bags or cell phones are not permitted in the practice space. Please respect the silence in the practice space.

Unroll your mat as quietly as possible so as to not disturb those around you.

Please allow yourself and those around you to fully enjoy their practice by remaining in the hot room for the complete duration of the class, including Savasana.

Asha Yoga is your home and sanctuary. Feel free to enjoy a cup of tea in our lounge and catch up with friends after practice!
